Registration Policy

The Registration Fee covers participation in and attendance to all programs organized by the International Mokuhanga Conference 2014 Committee. Conference participants, who attend the Opening and Closing Receptions, give a research paper presentation, do a demonstration or workshop, and/or participate in the Open Portfolio exhibition, must register and pay the corresponding registration fee.
The registration fee mainly covers the following:
1.
Conference Proceedings book and related handouts.
2.
Participation in Opening and Closing receptions.
3.
Participation in the commercial exhibition, demonstrations, and talks/discussions to be held at 3331 Arts Chiyoda (Please note that an additional participation fee will be required to take part in the workshop/s. Details will be announced shortly in this website.)
4.
Attendance to lectures, debate sessions, and presentations.
5.
Student registration fees cover participation in Paper Presentation, Workshop & Demonstration, and eligibility to participate in the Open Portfolio exhibition. Participation in the Opening and Closing receptions is not included.

We will send you a Confirmation Receipt by e-mail as soon as we verify your registration.

Cancellation Policy


All IMC2014 cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing ,
Requests must be sent by e-mail to IMC2014 Geidai office,
Telephone or postal mail requests will not be honored.

All cancellation refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded. Refunds transfer fees and charges will be borne by the applicant.

The refund policy for cancellations is as follows:

- For cancellations received on or before August 14, 2014: Full refund
- For cancellations received on or after August 15 until August 28, 2014 (inclusive): 50% refund
- For cancellations received on or after August 29, 2014: no refunds.

One-day tickets


We will issue and sell One-day passes during IMC2014, from September 11-14 (four days).

One-day passes can be purchased at the conference check-in desk. (Payment method: Cash only.)
- Attendee: 10,000 Yen
- Student: 3,000 Yen

Please note that One-day passes are available for attendees only. These passes are not available for delegates to the conference who will present a paper, hold a workshop or demonstration, or present a group project.

One-day pass includes admission to all presentations or workshops/demonstrations on a single day (Thursday 11, Friday 12, Saturday 13, or Sunday 14 September 2014.)
