Artworks that do not abide by the guidelines described above will be disqualified.

We will take utmost care in handling your artwork. However, the organizer and related consignees will not be responsible or pay compensation in the event of damage caused by natural disasters or other causes beyond control.
The copyrights of submitted artworks will remain with the artists. However, the participants agree to grant the organizer the right and permission to use the artworks for promotional purposes, without further permissions or remunerations, in its publications, including electronic media or printed material, including website, printed or online newspapers, journals, magazines, as well as other forms (potentially with third-party publications) for the expressed purpose of promoting the artworks, the artists, and IMC2014. Any artwork used by IMC2014 will credit the artist.
Pack your artwork carefully and safely using appropriate shipping containers and/or materials. Artworks will be returned using the shipping containers/packing materials they came in.
