Hand-printed books that do not abide by the guidelines described above will be disqualified.
Personal information will be used for conference related purposes only
We will take utmost care in handling your hand-printed books. However, the organizer and related consignees will not be responsible or pay compensation in the event of damage caused by natural disasters or other causes beyond control.
The copyrights of submitted hand-printed books will remain with the artists. However, the participants agree to grant the organizer the right and permission to use the hand-printed books for promotional purposes, without further permissions or remunerations, in its publications, including electronic media or printed material, including website, printed or online newspapers, journals, magazines, as well as other forms (potentially with third-party publications) for the expressed purpose of promoting the hand-printed books, the artists, and IMC2014. Any hand-printed books used by IMC2014 will credit the artist.
Pack your hand-printed books carefully and safely using appropriate shipping containers and/or materials. The books will be returned using the shipping containers/packing materials in which they came in.
